Hi, I’m Laura

Certified YTT 200hrs Yoga teacher, 85hrs Pre & Post-natal Yoga teacher, Birthlight Baby Massage & Baby Yoga teacher

Hello! I'm Laura, a local yoga teacher with a passion for making yoga accessible to all. As well as completing my 200hrs YTT, I am also qualified to teach Pregnancy & Post-natal yoga and Birthlight Baby Massage & Baby Yoga, and continue my studies; currently undertaking my 500hrs RYT qualification.

I am mama to 2 little ones and a geriatric Parson’s Jack Russell. A fan of good food, fresh air and fun! And at the centre of it all; Yoga; unity; balance.

This is what I aim to bring to our practice together - an individual journey to balance - wherever you start your practice - that you will end feeling relaxed, refreshed and more 'yourself'.

My classes are friendly and relaxed, truly accessible and suitable for every body. Whatever your aim; relaxation, mindfulness, strength, flexibility, cardio, birth preparation, post-natal recovery, sleep, stress, anxiety, bonding... (the list goes on!) I offer something for you. In a safe space, free from judgement or comparison. 

So why not join me and come on your own journey.... in the safety and serenity of my private garden studio.

Group classes - up to 8 people hosted in my private garden studio. 

  • Mon 20:00  - Slow Flow (& ONLINE)

  • Weds 12:00 - Vinyasa (ONLINE ONLY)

  • Sun 08:45 - Wake up & Flow (Beginners+)

Private classes - taught 121 or up to 3 people. Bespoke classes built to suit your personal needs.

Private classes range from £40-£60 dependent on number of students and needs.

 

Studio is closed Mon 25th Dec to Sat 30th Dec

Classes restart on Sunday 31st December

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Classes run in 6-week course

Pre & Post-natal class - focuses on; relaxation, strengthening and connection - enabling you to step out of your busy day and find time to connect with your body and your baby; to assist in preparation for a safe and healthy birth, as well as supporting your post-natal recovery. 

Focusing on breath work, poses and meditation in alignment with your goals.

Classes run weekly s follows:​

  • Pregnancy: Mon & Thurs 6:30pm

  • Post-natal: Weds10:30am

Baby Massage & Yoga

Classes run in 6-week course

Baby Massage - from 4 weeks old

Baby Yoga - from 12 weeks old

Focus of the class is; bonding between parent & baby, relaxation and building familiarity and confidence with all aspects of baby massage/ yoga in order to bring into your daily routine. We will build the sequence weekly to ensue by the end of the course you are confident to practice at home with your baby. Open to all parents & carers.

Classes run weekly as follows:

  • Baby Massage: Tues @ 10:00am

  • Baby Yoga: Tues @ 11:30am
