5-Week Pregnancy Yoga course
My aim for this class is to provide a calm, informative and safe space, whether it is your first or fourth pregnancy (!). Combining practices such as guided meditation and visualisations, breathing exercises, gentle movement, pelvic floor exercises as well as the space to meet and engage with other pregnant mums. Each week we will add new practices which can support both pregnancy & birth.
Suitable from 2nd trimester (12 weeks) until birth. All mats and props are provided - just bring yourself.
5-week Baby Massage & Mums Yoga course
A combined 5-week course of Baby Massage & Mums gentle post-natal yoga classes.
A beautiful combined class for both mama and baby to bond, recover and connect.

Many of us move through our days in a quiet state of tension. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to fully switch off, even when we rest.
This evening is an invitation to begin again from a different place.
Together, in the calm of the woodland, we’ll explore simple, supportive practices to help your body shift out of stress and into a sense of safety including guided movement, meditation, breath connection and stillness.
You don’t need any experience, all are welcome.
Regulate & Restore: Deep Rest & Restoration - Women's Health Yoga event @ Deer Wood, Loddiswell
An evening of deep rest, nourishment, and gentle renewal.
Once the body begins to feel safe, something deeper becomes possible - the ability to truly rest.
This is an invitation to move beyond pushing through, and move into the softness of being held, supported, and replenished. In the stillness of the woodland, you’ll be guided through deeply restful practices designed to soothe the nervous system and restore your energy in a quiet, lasting way.
For this event, I will weave together and guide you through a number of ancient, yogic practices, informed by modern science. We’ll explore slow, floor-based movement, restorative shapes, and extended guided rest, allowing the body to soften layer by layer. There will be moments of reflection and stillness, offering you time to reconnect with what you need, and to receive without having to give anything back.
This is not about doing more, but about allowing more. All bodies, ages and abilities are very welcome.
My aim is for you to leave feeling nourished, spacious, and deeply rested - with a renewed sense of ease and a gentle reminder that rest is not something you have to earn, but something you need.
