5-week pregnancy yoga course

My aim for this class is to provide a calm, informative and safe space, whether it is your first or fourth pregnancy (!). Combining practices such as guided meditation and visualisations, breathing exercises, gentle movement, pelvic floor exercises as well as the space to meet and engage with other pregnant mums. Each week we will add new practices which can support both pregnancy & birth.
Suitable from 2nd trimester (12 weeks) until birth. All mats and props are provided - just bring yourself.
