A space to be held, heard & seen. An evening of gentle movement, soulful sauna ritual, deep rest & real connection.
6pm - Arrive, settle, tea & treats and opening circle in the Yoga Yurt
6:30- 7:30pm - Open woodland spa (sauna, plunge), more tea (!) & social
7:30-8:45pm - Yoga time in the Yurt - grounding meditation, breath control, slow flow yoga and yoga nidra (guided relaxation)
You’ll leave lighter, grounded & open. Rooted in your own power.
