About

Hi, I'm Laura.

For over fifteen years I've helped some of the world's best-known brands understand people and create meaningful experiences.

Yet within that, Yoga has always been the place I return to. A place to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with what really matters.

After becoming a mum and navigating the changing seasons of womanhood myself, my practice became less about achieving poses and more about creating strength, resilience and balance for everyday life.

Today I combine that philosophy with welcoming, thoughtful teaching that helps people move well, feel grounded and enjoy the simple joy of being present.

Whether we're practising together in a studio, on the beach, in your home or on retreat, my hope is that you'll leave feeling a little stronger, a little calmer and a little more yourself.

My teaching is rooted in the wisdom of traditional yoga while being informed by modern understanding of movement, the nervous system and women's wellbeing.

Each class weaves together breath control (pranayama), mindful movement (asana), meditation and other traditional yogic practices to create space for strength, softness and stillness. Rather than striving for perfect poses, the focus is on helping you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind and feel more grounded in yourself.

My hope is that what you discover on the mat doesn't stay there. Alongside greater strength, mobility and ease, you'll leave with simple tools and practices to support you through the changing seasons of everyday life - helping you navigate both the joyful moments and the more challenging ones with a little more steadiness, presence and self-compassion.

Yoga Lineage

My teaching is grounded in the rich traditions of Northern Indian yoga while embracing a modern, creative Vinyasa approach that is both accessible and relevant to everyday life.

Over the years, I've continued to deepen my studies with a commitment to lifelong learning. Under the ongoing mentorship of Alessandra Pecorella at Aditya School of Yoga, I have trained in a lineage that honours the traditional teachings of Tantra, Kriya and Vinyasa Yoga, while integrating contemporary understanding of movement, women's health and nervous system regulation. It's this blend of ancient wisdom and modern science that shapes every class I teach - creating practices that feel authentic, thoughtful and deeply supportive.
