YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
Soulful yoga experiences for women, individuals, businesses and visitors across Kingsbridge, Salcombe and the South Hams.
Yoga that meets you where you are.
Hello, I’m Laura. I created Tiger Mama Yoga with the belief that yoga should feel welcoming, supportive and free from pressure.
My classes combine mindful movement, breath control and moments of stillness to help you build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you'll always be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.
Based in the beautiful South Hams, I teach regular community classes alongside private sessions, retreats and bespoke wellbeing experiences for individuals, families, visitors and local businesses.
Group Classes
Move together.
Welcoming weekly yoga classes across the South Hams to help you build strength, improve mobility and find a little more calm in everyday life.
Private Classes
Made for you.
One-to-one, couples and small group sessions tailored to your goals, whether at home, on holiday or in the workplace.
Women's Wellbeing
Support through every season.
Thoughtfully designed yoga for pregnancy, postnatal recovery and women's health, helping you feel stronger, steadier and more connected.
Come as you are.
One of the things I hear most often is, "I'm rubbish at yoga." It always makes me smile, because there really is no such thing.
Yoga isn't about touching your toes, standing on your head or looking a certain way. It's about learning to listen to your body and responding with kindness rather than judgement. Some days that might mean dynamic movement to build strength and release tension. On others, it might be slowing down through meditation, breath control or simply allowing yourself to rest.
Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the very first time or returning after years away, I'll always encourage you to practise in a way that feels right for you.
The greatest gift you can give yourself isn't a perfect yoga practice. It's the time and space to simply be, exactly as you are.
