Join us for a heart-warming, soul-nourishing, evening event to gently awaken from winter’s rest and welcome the first stirrings of spring.
We’ll begin with 60 minutes of warming, nourishing yoga — movement to awaken the body from winter’s hibernation.
Our practice will focus on the kidney, liver, and gallbladder meridians, helping to cultivate vital energy (Qi) and cleanse stagnant energy gathered through the colder months.
You’ll then be invited to rest deeply in a soothing sound bath, allowing vibration and tone to bring harmony and balance to this seasonal transition.
We’ll close with sound, song, and a guided meditation, welcoming the light, the shoots of new life, and the gentle thaw of winter, opening body and heart to the renewal of spring. Followed by tea and chats by the fire.
