A combined 5-week course of Baby Massage & Mums gentle post-natal yoga classes. Suitable for mums and babies from 6 weeks after birth.
Focus of the class is 3-fold;
*Bonding between parent & baby
*Relaxation and building familiarity and confidence with all aspects of baby massage in order to bring these skills into your daily routine.
*Post-natal yoga focuses on reconnecting with your post-natal body gently and with love. Combining gentle releasing movements, breath awareness, pelvic floor exercises and slow postures which gently aid the body's recovery.
A beautiful combined class for both mama and baby to bond, recover and connect with each other, themselves and other mums and babes.
