An evening to slow down, soften, and gently return to yourself.
Many of us move through our days in a quiet state of tension - holding, bracing, pushing through. Over time, this can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to fully switch off, even when we rest.
This session is an invitation to begin again from a different place.
Together, in the calm of this ancient woodland, we’ll explore simple, supportive practices to help your body shift out of stress and into a sense of safety. These are practices which I come back to again and again and which have allowed me to find a great sence of peace and resiliance for all that life throws at me!
For this event, I will weave together and guide you through a number of ancient, yogic practices, informed by modern science. We will move through slow, grounding movements, gentle guided breath control and meditation, journalling prompts and thoughtful silence. You’ll be supported to release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with a steadier, more settled state within.
There will be space to pause, to notice, and to listen - without pressure or expectation.
You don’t need any experience, this event is open to all women.
My aim is that you leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more at home in your body, with practices you can return to whenever life feels full.
