A beautiful hybrid class of post-natal yoga and baby yoga. Giving both mum and baby an opportunity to relax, connect with their body, bond with each other, and meet other mums and babes! Each week we will build the baby yoga in order to build confidence to play together and bring baby yoga into your at home routine. For mum, we will focus on post-natal breathing and pelvic floor exercises and a gentle yoga flow to start to reconnect with your incredible body, to lengthen and strengthen tired, aching muscles and find a moment just for you!

Suitable from 4 weeks post physiological birth or 12 weeks post C-section. Always consult medical professional before starting a new practice.
