Autumn Equinox Weekend Retreat @ Flear Farm, South Devon

Autumn Equinox Yoga Retreat, South Devon

Shedding • Letting Go • Love & Renewal
Friday 25th – Monday 28th September | South Devon

As the light begins to soften and the year turns gently towards autumn, you are invited to step away from the noise and distraction of daily life and into a deeply nourishing, grounding retreat held in the South Devon countryside.

This three-night residential yoga retreat is co-hosted by Laura Mitchell (Tiger Mama Yoga) and Manoj Koeri (Manoj Collective), blending the benefits and practices of; soulful seasonal yoga, guided meditation, sound therapy, heartfelt kirtan and Ayurvedic wisdom with delicious plant-based food, nature immersion and time to simply be.

Held just after the Autumn Equinox, this retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect and consciously shed what no longer serves you - honouring learning, loss and love – a space to focus on that which you wish to carry forward, and that which you choose to release – as we transition into the darker, more introspective months ahead.

The Retreat Theme

Autumn Equinox - Shedding & Letting Go
As the trees begin to release their leaves and the energy begins to turn inward, this retreat invites you to do the same.

Through movement, breath, sound, stillness and ritual we will explore:

  • What are you ready to release?

  • What has this year taught you?

  • What do you wish to carry forward into autumn and winter?

Manoj and Laura will guide you through a plethora of ancient practices infused by the knowledge and wisdom of sister ‘sciences’ of yoga and ayurveda. Each practice will guide you deeper into yourself - grounding into the roots, flowing through creativity and emotion, opening the heart, and rising into voice, intuition and inner listening.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. You will be fully supported, held and welcomed exactly as you are.

Food & Nourishment

All food & drinks is included. All meals are vegetarian and vegan, seasonal and deeply nourishing, designed to support digestion, balance and vitality as we move into autumn. Expect warming spices, grounding flavours, vibrant produce and plenty of care in every meal.

We can accomodate for allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements and we are happy to discuss with you.
